For simplicity, this privacy policy refers to the owner of the online store by the term “provider” and refers to the person reading these terms of use by the term “user”.
The online store provides a set of services and available actions to the user such as, indicatively, the display of information, multimedia material, communication forms & data collection that aim to provide services and service to the user.
The user, entering the online store and making use of any offered service, accepts these terms of use unconditionally and without exception. Otherwise, he or she must refrain from using the online store and any offered service.
Finally, the provider may modify these terms of use as and when necessary. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review the terms of use to ensure that they agree to any changes.
Information & products provided
The provider is committed to the validity and plentitude of the information listed in the online store. However, in the context of good faith, the provider is not responsible for any technical or typographical errors, due to incorrect information on the part of the manufacturer or supplier, that have escaped attention, or have occurred unintentionally, or due to any shutdown of the e-shop due to force majeure, and undertakes to correct them whenever he or she becomes aware of their existence.
Limitation of liability
The provider is not liable and does not assume any obligation to compensate for any damage or damage arising indicatively but not exclusively from:

The provider undertakes to act promptly and accurately on issues related to the availability of products, related information such as, but not limited to, multimedia material, technical specifications, cost data accompanying them, any offers, etc. In light of the above and in the context of good faith, the provider undertakes to inform the user immediately of any change regarding the above through the e-shop or any other reasonable means in relation to the occasion. However, in light of the foregoing, the provider does not guarantee:
the availability of the products presented in the online store.
the correctness of the information and material accompanying the products presented in the online store.
the suitability, compatibility or safety of the products presented in the online store.
the level of quality and/or validity of any certifications of the products presented in the online store.
User liability
The user accepts that the use of the e-shop, the services provided and the content may be carried out only in the context of good faith. Under the relevant provisions of the law and international conventions, it is not allowed:
any action and / or disclosure by any means, of content that is illegal for any reason, causes offence or harassment in any way, violates confidentiality and privacy, violates intellectual or other proprietary rights of the provider or any third party.
Any action and/or communication by any means, of content that causes unauthorised access and / or alteration or malfunction of the logistic infrastructure of the provider or third parties.
Any action and / or disclosure by any means, content that aims to collect or store personal data about the provider, employees of the provider or any third party.
Any action and / or communication by any means of content that incites actions contrary to applicable law.
Personal data and transaction security
The provider is committed to the privacy and protection of personal data related to the provision of services by the online store, the service of the user as well as the security of transactions. For more information, the user should read the privacy and Cookies policy offered by the provider through the online store. In addition, the user accepts the Privacy & Cookies Policy of the provider by using the online store and any offered service.
Prices
The prices listed on the website are in euro and include VAT and all related taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The provider makes an effort to ensure that the prices shown in the online store are accurate but cannot guarantee the complete lack of error. If there is an incorrect price for a product, the provider will grant the customer the discretion either to purchase the product at its true price (the correct price) or to cancel the order.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are paid by the user upon registration and will be processed by the provider on the release date of the product.
The dates of pre-orders are announced by the manufacturer of each product and may be changed by him at any time. The provider bears no responsibility for changing these dates nor can it affect them. Sometimes the date may not be accurate and may be in the form of quarter of the year (Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q4), month or seasons.
In rare cases suppliers may send a reduced stock which is not sufficient to cover all pre-orders. In this case the Provider reserves the right to cancel the pre-order and return the cost of purchase to the customer who will be notified by email.
Cancellation of pre-orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled by the user within twenty-four hours of their listing. After the end of twenty-four hours, the cancellation of this pre-order cannot be made, and the provider bears no obligation to refund.
Product delivery
The user must verify the good condition of the goods when they are delivered. If this is not the case, the customer must refuse to receive the goods and inform the distributor and provider immediately. The provider is only liable for damages if the packaging remains intact.
The delivery date cannot be guaranteed because the provider has no effect on delays in delivery from the manufacturer and/ or the shipping company or due to force majeure. Delay in delivery cannot therefore be grounds for termination of the contract.
Right to withdraw goods
The user, according to N. 2251/1994 on consumer protection, has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, returning it to its original condition and which is suitable for resale (intact packaging, no damage) without incurring any expense, except return costs.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the user is obliged to immediately send the product in its closed packaging, while the provider is obliged to return the amount paid by the user within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
Right to replace goods
The user has the right to request the replacement of the product if what was delivered to him was defective or does not correspond with the product he ordered. In case of receipt of a defective product or a product other than the one ordered must be contacted with the provider and shipped within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt, in order to follow the replacement. A prerequisite is that the products are in the condition in which they were received (intact packaging, no damage), and the consumer has the invoice or retail receipt. We recommend a thorough check on the receipt in order to avoid receipt of defective products or products that were not ordered. In case of unavailability of the product to be replaced, the purchase price of the product will be refunded.
