Tito Faraci & Silvia Zicke – ¡Infierno!

Narrating with comics without using words. No dialogue, no subtitles. Only pictures, to lead the reader through a story full of comedy, irony, adventure and twists. A challenge that Tito Faraci and Silvia Zicke had already won with the first ¡Infierno! which came out in Italy in 1999 and amassed a cult following over the years, and one that they successfully tackled again with the second chapter of the story released in 2014. The two devil cops, with their little monster-on-a-leash, are the protagonists in a story that starts in Tartarus and continues sometimes higher and sometimes lower. In the first case, they will have to deal with a dead mobster, who manages to turn Hell and Heaven into a mess, until a divine intervention occurs-a deus ex machina. In the second, having been punished with forced labor in Purgatory, they manage to get into big trouble and to get out they will have to get involved in the dangerous manhunt of a woman, along the way discovering secrets that sizzle more than the Gates of Hell.
